Bill Miller -b-q - New Braunfels

I'm a regular Bill Miller customer, but I have never had beef brisket from them that was so fatty, as my delivery order was today. It was loaded with fatty slices in the half-pound (or pound? I ordered, and I hope this is not how they are now selling the bulk portions, sold by weight. Much of it was inedible. Very disappointing.The rest of the food ordered was fine.

For some reason Bill Miller barbecue has totally changed we’ve stopped going for breakfast tacos because the flour tortillas are always burnt and we get the wrong orders and we’ve had to take it back several times. I don’t know if it’s because of the help or they just don’t care anymore.

Always amazing service with every member. Seeing some one smile and greet you and remember your name the morning is a real treat. Big shout out to Berta . Keep the awesome service goin!

Ordered 2 meals that included fries but when I came to window and paid I was then told they don’t actually don’t have fries . The food was mid unlike usual that is usually good also the potato salad definitely did not hit.Food: 3/5

Ordered bean and cheese tacos. The tortillas were burnt and had spots peeled off instead of properly disposed of and remade. I didn’t know until I drove away and ate them later. Beans and cheese were good though. Staff was friendly.Food: 2/5
