This was the first time I ordered from this place and my experience was terrible. I have placed an online order for a smoothie during a 45-minute lunch break. not only the smooth lasted an hour to be prepared overall, I had to ask the status of my order 30 minutes after my placement and was told that I didn't even check the online orders when she finally saw it and did, they didn't call my name and let him sit. When I finally got my smoothie, it was just juice. I was too late for the class and they were too busy asking for a refund.

I order breakfast and lunch from here almost everyday (through doordash).The prices are awesome, drinks are great, food filling and great tasting. I'd rather go here than any chain coffeeshop or restaurant.The Salted Dog Frappe is to die for, I would recommend it for anyone who likes an iced caramel macchiato or caramel latte on the sweet side! I get the BBQ brisket wrap for lunch, which is so savory and cheesy, and their salads are great too for when I want something a bit healthier.

I have enjoyed everything from Thee CoffeeHouse! They have nice staff also.

We have visited Craven Coffee House at various locations over the past few years. The best location by far is the Lenoir Campus. However, we have found the service and products at the other campuses and main location to be subpar. The coffee is not good, overly sweetened, cold, and lacking in flavor. Overall, the coffee has been disappointing. We have tried multiple items on the menu and have not been impressed. My husband's coffee was even served cold, tasting similar to something you would find in a hotel. The service we have received can only be described as lackluster. The employees seem gloomy, unhappy, and uninterested in engaging with customers. This has been a consistent experience over several visits throughout the years. While we do not usually write negative reviews, we believe the owners need to improve the quality of their establishment. As a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere, such as Joe Mugs or Downtown.
