Service was really slow. Our 8 person party got food 2 people at a time...about 10 mins apart. So, no one actually got to eat together...it was good. Must have been super short staffed. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I did tip very well too. View all feedback.

Store was clean and I was greeted quickly. The woman who greeted me refused to hand me my food in my extended hand. I feel she was disappointed that I didn’t tip for my PICK UP order. View all feedback.
The last few paintings I was here, I was really disappointed. there was hardly anyone last time I left and my food came cold. the last few paintings my wings had also come super cold and I got them in a good amount of time. I hate to make them new, but no one wants cold wings! my friend and I like to come here for the cheese curds and they were all from the last few times, I will still come here, but I don't want to ask my wings to have hot when they are served. I had no problem with it at the West Allis site. I had really nice waitress no complaining there, but the hostess always seems as if she didn't want to be there and is very unwilling.
The first time I didn't make the challenge, but I'm going to dominate again! the service was great, our waitress was more than great! even got help with a problem I had loading in another; what was not bad, only people did not show up for work.
Came after an appointment to eat, the host was in a bad mood, or simply does not want to be at work (purple hair lady). customers behind us saw that we waited to sit and mention them to the host, we are 2 and how they looked on the sheet to put me and my daughter and grandfather on a table, they are beaten under their breath “yes I can sit only a group at a time” I get it, they can sit only a group at a time, but that’s something they should keep. next week had lurking as our waitress on table 122, our order number on the entrance is 70020 she was very eager, her verbal communication is terrible, in the minute we order our food, we were told that it will not come at once, the restaurant around 4 o'clock consisted only of 4 guests that she runs away as we are still talking, we could only pay a possibility to “online restaurant” when we got our paper pickup, she avoided us for a good 20 minutes, let us wait a while before we checked, we saw how drastically her demeanor changed when she cared for other tables, she was very happy and happy to serve them, but when it came to my table, the complete disagreement, she made eye contact with us many males between knowing that I have to pay
Restaurant new berlin on the website. it was placed on about 10:10 pm said it would be ready at 10:50 pm, so we sat on the parking space for 15/20 min. I live near the restaurant and when we came back to the house, eating was cold, very sucky, hardly a sosse on the wings that they forget, in 2 order of ranch the southwestern ranch for the twill rings, also my bf’s burger was cold together with the saugy fries also. it was his first time there eating directly from flea mouse they put a bad taste in his mouth! so disappointed by this place will never go back! I'm staying with the 100 I've never had. $30 from the window I'm glad I didn't leave a tip, I just had the feeling not to do that.
