What Michael N doesn't like about Taylor's Cajun Meat Company:
This food truck came to our neighborhood and was completely insufficient. They were pushing out orders at a rate of one every five minutes... and this is HOT DOGS we're talking about. I waited over half an hour for hot dogs.They were out of chili, but didn't tell me until I picked up the order. Half an hour after I ordered. This place is awesome! I am in Louisville, so glad we have this in the area. I love Louisiana Cajun and Creole cuisine, and this is the only place in town to get authentic ingredients like real andouille and tasso. Excellent quality meats, and the folks here are always friendly when I come in, professional and offer great service. View all feedback.
