It should definitely make it to the regular menu! Also, the view from the outdoor seating area is really nice.

Instead of the re-heated deep-fried frozen foods that are the standard fare outside the major cities in Norway, this restaurant serves fresh and delicious meals from local ingredients. Pork from humanely farmed outdoor pigs, slow-growth salmon, etc. The priority here is quality. With such quality ingredients you'd think at least one of your two kidneys would need to be sold to afford a meal. After all, this is Norway. But the place gets quite busy, so they make it up it volume. So make sure you reserve some time to eat here. It gets busy, but the wait is worth it!
