Mcdonald's - Needham

I'm going in here and they're really good to get your food fast and hot. Friendly staff who take your order and give you your food. The shop is running with coffee or food. When busy when the school comes out for the day, but inside is all renovated, so there are many seats. It offers free Wi-Fi, a table service and self-catering boards.

The staff were friendly and the service was speedy. I appreciated the large new drive-thru screens that display your order in detail. The food was just as expected. They have great deals available through the app, like 99¢ coffee for any size.

Every time I went through the drive-thru, the staff was friendly and accommodating. When I picked up my food at the window, the team members there were just as welcoming. It was great to see that the fast food workers genuinely enjoy their jobs and take the time to make sure my experience at McDonald's was enjoyable. Thank you, McDonald's in Needham, for your excellent service and for the effort you put into providing your customers, including myself, with a fantastic fast food experience.

The food may be similar across different establishments, but the way it's presented and the company in which it's enjoyed makes all the difference!
