Excellent food and service. Superb chicken and steak dinner. The sausage was also great. A must-see restaurant. Great place for a group dinner.

Had no idea a burger could be so good. Tested the daily special 'Pacific Rim' and I was impressed. Many had a burger in my life, but that was by far one, if not the best I had. I will come back and until the waiting period was enough to enjoy an ice-cold brewery without feeling. The staff was also excellent. Thank you

The owners of Island Style here in Navarra decided to our annual staff Christmas party and gift swap at Black Skimmer Grille last (Sunday night. We could not have been happier with our selection from the beginning to the end. I first met with one of the chefs a few months back to discuss details. 20 persons, bar, room for collecting and gift exchange, etc. All fulfilled and exceeded expectations last night. They chose a paired menu for easy order and delicious appetizers. Shown below are just some of the opening options, as dinner was quickly eaten by my hungry and satisfied staff! Appetizers include Bruschetta, Braised Egg Rolls with a sweet Thai chili sauce, fresh charcuterie platter. Entries: Chargrilled sirloin serves with garlic rustic maize potatoes and a seasonal vegetables with a compound butter. Pan Seared salmon with garlic rustic maize and seasonal vegetables with citrus buerre blanc, wild mushroom risotto and seasonal vegetables and a grilled chicken dish. Desert: Eggnog Pana Cotta. meat portions were great; the food was hot and fresh. My medium-boiled, thick Sirloinsteak was perfect. All guests were equally satisfied with their choices. The clean and clean room was furnished with a long table to sit all guests together, we had a collection area in front of the bar and a room for other employees to relax and play a round or 2 darts. All the remains were neatly combed and ready to bring home. Management was on site and all employees were attentive to the needs of my employees aged 16 to 70 years. We would like to thank Zack, Kara, Andrew, Tom and the rest of the on-site crew, who made our event a success (Sorry! Forgot bartender names!
