My wife and I both ordered the Rib Eye cooked to a perfect medium rare. The steak was of very high quality and cooked excellently. The setting of the restaurant was lovely and the chairs were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly. The only slight downside was that the drinks menu could be improved, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, this is a must-visit for any steak lover.
We recently had a family reunion at a restaurant and were lucky enough to have Linda as our server. Linda was absolutely incredible - she had an amazing sense of humor and took excellent care of all of us. Thanks to Linda, we will definitely be returning to the restaurant for the exceptional customer service she provided. Thank you, Linda, for restoring our belief in the power of great customer service.
Last night, we had an amazing evening at Flame. The ambiance was delightful and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Linda, who was exceptional from beginning to end. She provided us with menu recommendations and even took pictures for us. The food was delicious, especially the fish and chips. The desserts were also very tasty. The highlight, however, were the cocktails. They were incredible, especially the brambles and the pork star martinis. We will definitely be returning.
Left Flame an hour ago after a very long scatty family dinner for my in laws Wedding Anniversary. Food was alright when we eventually received it but it was delayed due to a mix up in the kitchen. The servers were lovely and doing their best to ensure we were happy apologetic over the mix up delays. Our main complaint dho, was with the front of house women with the red bandana. She was completely unprofessional. For the entirity of our meal she continuously publicly gave out to the servers who where multi tasking doing their jobs. Every chance she got she was over chastising them, either on the floor or up at the bar. We feIt so bad for them. Neithless to say it made for uncomfortable dining having to overhear withness such disrespectful unprofessional behaviour. It irritated all of us because we had been told some servers were new finding there feet (we've all been there) but she won't make any allowances. No matter where you rank in a business, there is never an excuse to treat people or colleagues like that. The rest of the staff were working hard pulling together to ensure efficient service with a smile. She just gave out went round the restaurant with a face on her like thunder. We agreed we would go back .... if she wasn't working. Thanks to the other members of staff, keep up the good service.
