Mcdonald's - National City

Drove thru, ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets, requested they be fresh/hot. They were not at the window, had us pull forward and wait for hot ones and what they brought out were not, went in and manager took care of us.

With with my nephew. They services were excellent. They brought me my food to thier outside tables. Im disabled and they treated me very good. I love it when a restaurant helps

They have bad employees I don't recommend because they never listened. we ordered 20 pc chicken mc nuggets then a 6 pc. Medium and small fries. But like I said they never listenThey were telling us we stole a 10 PC chicken mc nugget when we went back for that 10 piece we were missing it is the worst McDonald’s we have ever been to in national city on Highland do not recommend it highly stay away from that restaurant the employees there accusing people of stealing 10 pieces of chicken McNugget, and then when I asked for my money back, they pretty much let me stand there for an hour because they didn’t wanna give me my money back.

I'm a near by resident and I go there from time to time. And not once have I been completely satisfied. And its usually Drive through Not giving us the right condiments that was asked for. Kids just don't care.

They have terrible customer service.I have visited this place many times and it is the same every time,The manager seems to always be angry, she is very ****,If you arrive with codes from the app to redeem they will always tell you that they don't work and they still take away your points or promotions and if you ask for help or an explanation they act arrogant and say they don't know, they can't, they don't want to,you don't take them out,You have to talk to them to get them to serve you because they can see you standing at the counter and they don't come closer until they want to, it seems like they are doing you a favor ?...Of all the McDonald's it is the worstHis attitude is disastrous.
