The truth is that I went to the place. I loved it. I am part of Mexico, but it is a dream that I came to this Chuck E Cheese. The truth is, I cannot deny it. Everything deserves five stars. This “manager” at this location how dare they give themselves a 5 star review for not doing there job properly and correctly, and she took my sisters phone and went through her email. She had asked my sister for her email reservation and she took her phone to and went through her email and did a 5 star review for their store. And charged her extra for a pizza she didn’t even order and extra $25 on top of what she already paid excuse me. This is unacceptable and rude it’s a security issue and risk she might have stolen information from my sister. What is wrong with this “manager”!! We just learned that the person saying she was a manager was actually the employee excuse me. The real manager told this to my sister. Why would you lie and be disrespectful and misrepresenting your stores manager.

Worst service ever, they didn’t tell me they ran out the flavor of wings till after I paid for it, they ran out of beer, some games were unplugged, worst place ever, save your money and time, don’t come here. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and looked like it was just a bunch of high schools working.
