Food and atmosphere are all right but still average in the world of hibachi. What makes this my first one star ever is that I got the worst service of my entire life. My waitress didn 't bring my drink and forgot that I ordered it but she didn 't come by for 20 minutes so no one realized. When she finally did come by she didn 't care at all that my drink was forgotten, didn 't even apologize (keep in mind I was being nice the entire time, I 'm never mean to service workers). Then took another 25 minutes to get my drink (it wasn 't busy at all by the way). By the time I got my drink (the wrong drink by the way) I was already halfway done with my food. That was one pretty embarrassing thing, waiting 45, yes, 45 minutes for a drink is terrible, but it wasn 't comped for me, they didn 't care and my server checked on us once every 25-30 minutes which is awful service. After all that I have to pay an automatic 18 percent gratuity when I received slow service, the wrong drink after 45 minutes of waiting, and frankly rude service. Guess I 'm glad I had no choice but to pay a 43 dollar gratuity tip for terrible service. I wouldn 't recommend going here unless you love awful service, great cooks though but nothing special.

So much fun me and my children had last night. Loved the service, loved the food, loved the entertainment. So much care and help for me and my children, they really made us feel welcomed and loved. Thanks so much, we will be back!

This was our go to spot for the last few years for decent hibachi in Nashville. Never had any problems with the food, except when we ordered takeout for the first time. We asked for the food to be packaged separately due to a seafood allergy and it was all placed in the same box anyway. The scallops were barely cooked at all, soggy nastiness. The steaks were extremely over cooked. We did not enjoy our meal. We spent about $120 on our meals and ended up having to throw nearly everything besides and a single portion of rice and veggies away. I contacted the restaurant as soon as I could, they asked me to bring the food back in my trash bag if I wanted them to do anything to rectify the situation. I was going to actually do that to prove a point to them, but once I got home the trash had been taken out so I was unable to provide proof. We have spent lots of birthdays, anniversary’s, and just good times at this restaurant, so to be treated how we were was truly unexpected and shows how much they DO NOT care about their customers. The server kept insisting that they haven’t made any mistakes in 20 years, when I have seen problems with my own eyes. For example, people having allergic reactions to sesame because the chefs didn't listen to customers listing off allergies. They tried so hard not to have any fault in the food they prepared and sold to me. I will not ever spend my money at this establishment again. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Show was entertaining and food was abundant. The chef was funny and the food was delicious!
