Our stay at the was fantastic. On the morning we checked out we had brunch at the JWB grill, Ian was very helpful, kind and gave great service. Cathy was also very helpful and informative. 1. Waitress was incredibly rude to our table of 5. We had two couples and a single person. She became quite hostile when we asked if she could separate our checks after she asked if one bill was ok. We each had one meal and one drink. She proceeded to print all of our checks separated by head and asked us to clip the checks together who were paying together and we did as she asked.
