Wendy's - Nashville

This Wendy's in Nashville is the worst. There are only 8 employees working inside and the line is out the door. How difficult is it to make burgers and fries? It felt like only two people were actually working while the others were just chatting.

On Saturday 8/7/22, it was very busy at the restaurant. After informing the gentleman that I would be with him in a moment, I placed my order and waited. When I commented on how busy it was, he mentioned that he was the only one working but was doing his best. He truly was a standout employee! The ambiance was great and the food was perfect. We need more people like him. A big thank you to the staff at Wendy's on Donelson Pike, especially to the gentleman this morning who ran the restaurant like a champion!

I am very grateful to AJ and his staff for assisting us tonight. Our flight was cancelled, but we arrived late at the restaurant where AJ gave us 5-star service, taking care of both the adults and the hungry children in our group. Thank you so much!

I ordered an salat and chili bean. everything was wonderful and delicious. will eat here again. near our hotel.

The manager here is the professional manager in the world?. I tried to go in, because my van is too big for drive? through, but the doors were locked. So I went around and told him I ordered the app. he said he didn't have enough workers to open the doors. I had my meal and noticed when I drove away, I had a little fry instead of a big fry, he made it right away. the way he handled it, and especially his attitude made me feel as if he took care of. I was crossed because the app said they went to the counter to pick up, but I couldn't get in, then my van wouldn't fit 9’6 big. So when I went into the window, he must have seen my face when I got back to the fry something. he was not about himself, but about the customer. his focus was on me, so I couldn't get crazy, he just did it without a question. but again it was a spirit over him that could not be shaken, that one cannot teach, a manierism like keanu reeves, who was impressive, a care and care like jesus.
