Sambuca Restaurant - Nashville

Each area of the restaurant has a pronounced mood: live music below, scenic bar and chill area in the middle level, and the more rudding in the upper floor with beautiful view. the seafood are large scallops, seabass and lobster are all excellent. it is a bit more expensive than food guarantees, but a whole nice experience.

Waited 25 minutes after sitting before someone even noticed. Trying to make eye contact to avoid any incident, had to talk to the host to get a waiter. appetizer came out immediately. it was the house smoke salmon and it was exceptionally delicious. good mix of smoke and salt. Unfortunately, one of the most important courses was wrong when brought out so that we waited for the rest of the meal. my man had the nativity that was good. I finally got the salmon oscar that was perfectly prepared. it hadn't spit on the nuts I see in others. the live band was very entertaining. the sound of the band was perfect. I was happy. service was excellent! we ordered all 6 happy hour apps and several drinks. the apps were a good size and everyone was full and happy. delicious food and wonderful staff!

I was here a handful of time and really enjoyed it. the waiting staff and bartender are all very friendly and great to make suggestions and to know the menu very well. it's a fantastic price for drinks, but the few I ordered were really good, so I pay a little more for the quality. I have several menu points and his all were super delicious. the tartaric acid-skewer-appetizers were delicious. the live entertainment was also great; lively, but not so loud that you can't talk to people you're with. I would definitely recommend sambuca!

This place has great unique food and good entertainment. It can be a bit loud and is usually really crowded. They have valet parking and I have always managed to get a table, even without reservations.
