Literally got a Mikes Famous Philly. We ordered it and just drove home, that's not more than 5 minutes. We came home and the bread was wet and not crispy at all. I called and they said there's nothing they can do. I don't want to go back there anymore. I was in numerous jersey Mikes and never had such bread. View all feedback.

I can't believe that my eyes, 12-15 people inside are waiting in-line. Too bad for you. I'm not coming!
I usually love this place, but on my last visit, the guy placed the bread on my sandwich right on the counter with the wrapping paper next to him. It doesn't seem very hygienic, and I'm not sure why he did it right on the counter instead of on the paper. Please use more sanitary practices when making sandwiches.
Exactly what was expected! Taste was consistent, facility was clean and the service was fast and friendly. Can't ask for more.
