best Italian cuisine I had in nashville. everything in the house. I had the bolognese, which was excellent. slipped into a music place next to the dinner, heard 2 amazing bands. will come back! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Il Forno Nashville:
This was our second time back and while the food was good unfortunately they must’ve been short staffed. We got sat at table with no menus and no one greeted us until 15 minutes later. Received menus and took another 25 min to place just the appetizers. The noise level is so loud we were yelling at each other. Sorry to say this one is off our list. View all feedback.
This place--consistently the best pasta and pizza. I love Il Forno!
10/10 recommend! Rigatoni pasta alllll day! Chefs kiss.
Everything was amazing! All the dishes are fairly priced around 20-25 per dish. We did get the special of the lobster ravioli, and while it was amazing we were not expecting it to be double the price as the rest of the dishes for 5 raviolis. Very delicious though!! We’ll be back!
Will never go back! Made a reservation for 8p and still had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated at our table. Our server was so inattentive that by 830 when he finally came over we just tried to order our food in case he never came back (which he barely did). The pizza was a bit watery—tasted alright but nothing that special. Overall for 3 pizzas, 2 sodas, and a wine that I didn’t get until halfway through the meal, it was $90. Not worth it and certainly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in quite a while.
Amazing food, great waiters. Was lovely meal great selection of starters!
