What User doesn't like about Giovanni's Mid Town:
This was my first visit. I liked the decor, our table faced a pantry/storage area and wasn't great despite a reservation request for a nice table. The service was slow. The food was pretty good. I would consider returning for a drink and appetizer in the bar… It looked very cozy. Not sure that I would return for dinner. It's fairly loud I wish the piano player had played longer. We had high expectations for this restaurant and it exceeded them all! The service was excellent, with staff attentive to our needs while still giving us space for conversation. The food was outstanding and truly a hidden gem in Nashville. I highly recommend this restaurant as a perfect ending to any trip.
From the moment we walked in, we were well treated. Assisted with drink and wine selection and food choices! Everything was delish! Will go back!
The food at this restaurant was excellent, with exceptional service. However, the ambiance was quite dark, to the point that we couldn't even read the menu and had to resort to using our phones for light.
Had an amazing time celebrating a birthday with friends. The staff was lovely and even did a wonderful cake presentation. Will definitely be back!
Phenomenal experience! The food was incredible, drinks were great, and the staff was so helpful and made it such a fun experience for us! Definitely recommend if you’re in Nashville.
