Italian beef was just a beef and cheese on a hoagie.. more of a French dip sandwich than Italian beef(no peppers, etc) but still good. Limoncello cake was amazing View all feedback.
What Henry R doesn't like about Coco's West Italian:
The left my Lasagna Bolognese out, and my dasher had to go back and get it. The sauce for the Fettuccine Alfredo, was watery and bland, and the chicken was bland and tough. Some pieces has to be spit out. Very disappointed. This is the third time in a row I've eaten Coco's (twice there, and this time delivered) where it was not good. Used to love eating at Coco's View all feedback.
I give 10 stars!!! From the moment we went, we were greeted with a friendly smile. Customer service was superior, and the food left me in a magnificent atmosphere. Eujenio, the new manager, makes an amazing job and I cannot thank him and his staff enough. Can't wait to come back and bring all my friends here!
I love this place. If I lived on this side of the city, I'd always be here. The food was always excellent, and the service was great. You can tell a place how he gets confused and they did it right. Always admit and give something extra. Well done, guys! The best margaritas I've ever had!
The service was stellar, although only two servers and a food store. Our server, Lexi, has never stopped smiling while she cheered no less than 6 tables while her service partner JJ did the same. The food store, Beth, made sure that the hot food came to the guests while the servers refilled drinks and orders. Eric (dishwasher, maybe) continued to come from the kitchen to prebus tables and helped keep the service flowing. I've never seen four people work so seamlessly together to take care of so many guests. And the food was DELICIOUS to boot! We started with the Kaprese. It was almost too nice to eat, but man, it was worth destroying the work of art to enjoy the fresh, robust aromas! My date and I both ordered the Veggie Lasagna as our main dish. The noodles were perfectly cooked. It was absolutely in cheese and only phenomenal. The kitchen staff did it. Typically, a short personalized restaurant would frustrate me, but this team was an absolute pleasure to watch. Please pack your patience and a few extra dollars for this hard work team and enjoy a delicious meal.
When we visited my friend Cheekwood, our waiter Chris was phenomenal. Very professional, super polite and attentive. I never had a waiter who came through regularly and picked up the garbage from the table while we ate and then pour out my hand on the way, very charismatic gentlemen. The food was also stellar, definitely fresh.
My friend and I had a fantastic experience here tonight, all thanks to the host Eugenio. He was warm and welcoming and made us feel like family! My friend’s food was quite delayed, so Eugenio made sure we received two cannolis free of charge. We had a lovely conversation with Eugenio and it made our entire evening. We will be returning!!
