Burger and fries. If u want a big sloppy wonderful burger, you have got to have one at big al's. A scrumptious burger on a lightly grilled bun with all the fixings. Don't forget the fries or one of al's insane sides. Banana pudding for dessert.....if u have room or take it home for al for lots of tasty food.
Good Grub First time there today. Incredible ! Will definitely be back once a week !
Listen this place is by far one of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had. The restaurant's internal space is small, but be prepared to park, and wait to be called for available seating. We waited maybe 10 minutes, and table turnover issteady. I got the fried chicken breakfast and I cannot say enough good things about it. I had a conversation with the chefwhile he dredged the chicken about college football, and then he kept talking to us while our order was prepared. It was anamazing experience and you should take every opportunity to avail yourself of it.
Amazing food, amazing people. Chicken and catfish were perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. Biscuits were buttery soft and delicious. Portions are very generous. Highly recommend!
We had a great lunch at Big Al's today! We arrived a little late for breakfast (it ends at 10:30am , so we had a few minutes to wait while we sat the counter and got to know Big Al, AJ and Mike. When you enter, you feel like you're in their home. We lovedchatting with them and hearing the story of how Big Al's Deli came to be. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles (deliciousand a LOT of food! and I ordered the cherry fig pork loin (highly recommend . The biscuits and corn cakes were delicious aswell. It felt like a truly local experience with so much character, unlike the other trendy Germantown restaurants. Don't missthis spot and come ready to linger for a bit and chat with these wonderful folks!
