Gluten-free pizza, the dough is decent, not exceptional, all high, with no difference between the edge and the centre, a little swollen I would say. The dressing, with porchetta, provola and cherry tomatoes, was good, only the lettuce on top didn't have much to do with it, but that was my mistake because it was specified in the description, in my opinion, rocket would have been better. The biggest mistake, in my opinion, was that THEY DIDN'T HAVE GLUTEN-FREE BEER!!! ESSENTIAL WITH PIZZA!!!! Gluten free beers can now be found in any supermarket, they have no expiry date and it wouldn't cost anything to have them for celiac customers, given that they make pizza. A drop from the classic Neapolitan style, pizza and beer!!!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
