Napoli On The Bay Pizza Deli - Naples

I placed two orders for delivery on October 22, 2022 and October 23, 2022, but both orders were canceled. When I called the restaurant, someone picked up the phone and then hung up on me. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I was looking forward to enjoying a good meal, but instead, I felt ignored and unappreciated by the restaurant staff. I would not recommend wasting your time at a place that clearly does not prioritize its guests.

Wow! We were looking for a great pizza place while visiting Naples. Living in Toronto, surrounded by great Napolitano pizza we weren?t expecting this? we are so happy! The kids loved the pizza. We loved the pizza. Great thin pizza. Crunchy but not too crunchy crust. Cooked well done. Just amazing!!

Their pizza looks great but just doesn't deliver. I will say that I have only ordered slices here and not a whole pizza out of the oven. But ordering one of their slices and eating it at room temperature or heated up again it just falls short of having a crispy crust even though it is very thin, or tasty cheese, or any sort of taste profile that makes you want to order another. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and the staff is very friendly. It just hasn't satisfied my taste for good pizza. I have not ordered any other items on the menu to this point.

I ordered the Meat Lover's Pizza with 12 toppings and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was fresh and it had just the right amount of toppings. The owners were friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. I will definitely be returning!
