Some enjoyed the Sunday buffet and friendly staff, while others found issues with pricing, service, and food quality. The atmosphere overlooking the golf course was a highlight for some, but slow service and inconsistent pricing left others disappointed. Overall, Erin's Isle seems better suited for group gatherings and casual lunches rather than special occasions or fine dining.
The Sunday buffet at this restaurant was excellent. There were plenty of fresh fruits, tasty pastries, delicious eggs Benedict, sausages, bacon, omelets, biscuits and gravy, and French toast. The meal also included coffee or tea. The service was great and we left feeling satisfied. I highly recommend it!
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and fantastic. The steak and soup/salad bar were delicious. The steak could have benefitted from some extra spices, but the meat was of high quality and cooked to perfection.
Every time I'm there it seems like the people, place, and items are different. Yesterday, I went in the lounge and a drink was 4.25. Same drink today at approximately the same time was 7.oo. Not complaining, but some continuity would be nice so I know what to expect.
Erin 's Isle Restaurant is at the Hibiscus Golf Club on Rattlesnake Hammock. We went there for dinner with local relatives. There 's golf cart service to take you from the parking lot to the clubhouse. The food was good. We had a weinersnitchel, spareribs, and liver and onions. The service was good. There was a solo vocalist who sang OK but was way too loud. Impossible to have dinner table conversation. The prices were moderate. We think it 's hard for the faculty to serve golfers after 18 holes and the general public looking for evening dinner. Probably good place for groups to eat.
I, like many others, have enjoyed dining at Erin's Isle since they were at their original location on Collier Blvd. I have never been disappointed by their menu or friendly service. They offer tidbits to satisfy almost every taste and desire. The environment and atmosphere provide a perfect setting for a relaxed, casual lunch. Every time I visit, I leave with a full stomach and never want to leave. I'm glad Erin's Isle is still here, and I hope they stay for a while longer.
