Arby's - Napavine

The food was for the most part as expected. At this point Arby's everywhere have synchronized their quality of food, except for where fries are concerned. Those are hit and miss. This Arby's specifically has absolutely outstanding service. Can't remember her name but shes a teenager, short, brown hair; anyways, she went above and beyond with our service and managed to juggle that and her closing duties of cleaning the lobby and bathrooms and what have you. Hats off to her.

I finally decided to try a gyro. I like them usually, so was curious about how close Arby's came to the Americanized version of authentic. Maybe theirs was closer to the actual real thing? But I don't think so. The seasoning was a little overwhelming. The pita should have been served with syrup at breakfast. The meat texture was odd. The vinegar was the best part but kinda light. And the veggies (lettuce and tomato) were barely there. The first thing I said when I woke up the next morning was oh good I'm not sick. Very disappointed. I didn't have real high expectations to begin with but they were still too high. Almost as hard to choke down as the price. Not saying I'll never eat Arby's again, just not a gyro.

I hope the manager of this facility receives this review. A small shout out to the young man at the front counter this morning, April 14th, 2024. The store was promptly open at 10am and the restaurant was emaculate and customer service was on par. I never tried the King's Hawaiian brown sugar bacon roast beef sandwich before, so I gave it a try. I did not realize it came with Dijon mustard. I should have asked before ordering it. I then asked the young man If I could get a replacement and he obliged. Something so simple, but this location earned my gratitude. Thank you, Young Man.P.S. The sandwich was great. I suggest you give it a try.
