Issues include subpar food, slow service, overpricing, and staff preoccupation. On a positive note, the restaurant offers a diverse wine list, fresh ingredients, and tasty dishes, such as the Summer Risotto and the Australian French Lamb Rack. Vegan options are also available. Despite some shortcomings, regulars appreciate the friendly staff and enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, recommendations vary depending on individual experiences, but the restaurant's downtown location and variety of main courses are commendable.

This is a very nice downtown restaurant find. Strategically located in the heart of downtown. We really didn't know much about the restaurant other than reviews from Yelp or Open Table. We arrived just as they were opening. Seating wasn't a problem since we were the first indoor customers. But it didn't take long for other diners to join us. The menu had a nice variety of selections. But there was a special of short ribs on cheesy risotto. We both chose that entrée. It was fantastic! It may have been one of the best short rib meals I've ever had. The meat was super tender, and the sauce was unbelievable. The risotto was to die for. Perfect cook, the right amount of cheese that didn't overpower the short rib. According to the owner, the sauce is used over and over again that enhances the flavor. Does it ever!!
This is our second time here and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Our host Gabriel was sincere and charming as usual. Our server Ava was really great. She had a really nice way about her that made us feel well taken care of. She even made a couple of great wine recommendations. Speaking of wine, one suggestions would be to have a sweeter wine available by the glass as one of companions doesn't enjoy dry wine. The food was great. If they have the braised short ribs as a special, get them. Should be a regular menu item. And the lamb was delicious and generous. We split 2 desserts between 4 of us and it was perfect. Delicious strawberry shortcake as well as NY cheesecake. Very satisfying. We'll be back again soon.
