Panda Express - Nampa

It's Panda so you're not expecting much but when you do go you expect at least get your food. I placed an order a little bit before 8:30 and apparently arrived to them after 8:30 while keeping in mind this order was placed through their website. once I got there to receive the order the front doors were locked at which point I pulled through the drive in requesting my online order, I was told that the order wasn't going to be completed because it came in after 8:30 even though they close at 9:00, then I was told by the clerk to call them to cancel the order, which I had to explain there is no them, the order was placed through your website, then they come back and say we are going to fulfill the order. 20 minutes later they come out and tell me the refund has been processed. biggest waste of time, most unprofessional experience by far, the worst Panda restaurant I have ever been to.

This location is probably the worst Panda Express I 've ever been. I have had 3 bad experiences, consecutively, over a few months. The fried rice was tasteless and a beige color. The wok fired shrimp had a soggy flour coating. They didn 't give me a straw or the hot sauce I requested. I gave them 2 stars because the initial person I spoke to in the drive thru was pleasant. Waste of time and money.

I would never go here again. I placed a mobile order and waited for my pick up time then waited 50 minutes for the order to be done. The person Filling mobile orders was very slow and didn't start my order until I had been waiting 20 minutesThen they ran out of what I ordered and when it was done they filled other people's first until I said something.

This location is quite literally the shittiest fast food establishment I have ever been to. I have gone multiple times in attempts to hopefully allow them to redeem themselves but time and time again I am left disappointed and disgusted with them. Every other Panda Express is amazing in comparison. Honestly SHOCKED corporate hasn't told them to get their **** in order because the management here gives Panda Express a shitty name. Not only are they forever out of everything. But their management was screaming at the staff and the cook. Poor guy looked utterly rejected. It's not short staffing. They are packed with staff. It's **** management. I hope corporate steps in soon cause dude....they make you a fucking joke of a business and a restaurant. Do better.

This location was extremely busy but the staff was very polite and kind and service was great it just seemed like maybe not quite as good as some of the other Panda Express that I've been to still recommend this place for sure.
