Marrybrown (jitra) - Naga

This fastfood restaurant in Tanah Merah, Jitra offers one of the drive thru services that eases you in ordering your food. Obviously with covid cases is still at the worrying state (year 2021), this service is definitely helping the customers. At times, you can see the line of the drive thru stretches long until the traffic lights area. BC (before Covid era), you can dine in there as the place is quite spacious. Kids have their playing area towards the one end side of the restaurant which I believe will be not the that convenient if parents are seated at the available seating area far from that amenity.

Friendly staff and very nice surrounding. Only little bit late although not much customer in the premise. Hopefully next time, should improve on that. Thank you

Customer service is not up to standard for and experienced and well known FnB services, yes we know its PKPB time...but if ur take-away customer need to wait outside w foodpanda rider with only two chairs and no fan etc...really not convenient for us!!

Bad experience. Had to wait long; at the drive thru . Initially staff said 12 mins, after sometime, it became 30 mins. Upon asking why its taking so long, staff gave rude remarks and was impolite. Not only that, after coming home, realised that some of the orders was missing. Terrible staff and service.

Bought several times here. The mee curry comes with nugget instead of chicken. So disappointed. Not the first time. Previously the same happened when i order via grab/foodpanda. Some people may tolerate. But, if buy over counter, you should inform customer the chicken are out of stocks.
