Birthday celebration. 6 people. Appetizer, drinks, main course and dessert. Everyone loved what they had. Views were amazing. Staff was attentive. Prices were appropriate for the location. I look forward to another special occasion where we can go back possibly when it is cooler so we can enjoy the outside dining. View all feedback.

My husband and I got the Tomahawk Experience and I asked for Medium Plus thinking that the chef would know how to prepare that temperature because it's so expensive. The tomahawk came out charred and well done. Then I ordered the lava cake and the “lava” part was cold. The dessert wasn't even warm at all. We come here for the view. Not for the food. We waited over 45 mins for our first round of drinks. Second round was another 40 minutes. They still added an automatic 20% tip because there were 8 of us. Thank goodness we didn't need to order food, we might still be there. It's such a nice place, I hope they can get their act together. Otherwise they will not survive in this competitive market.

Sadly just wasn't all hoped it would be .. likely just understaffed and challenging menu .. server nice but team supporting him totally disconnected.. zero accountability gave food to wrong people.. didn't remember that we were there for birthday even tho had in reservation and physically confirmed with hostess.. Just a lot of disconnected team members..
We called before making our decision to go for brunch since we have a 10 pound dog and asked if they are dog friendly. The answer was “yes, you can bring your dog but you'll have to sit on our outdoor area”. We then arrived about 45 mins after calling, and upon checking in, we were told n they had no servers available to serve us on the patio. They couldn't tell us this when we called? We then offered a solution, if we can order our drinks and food at the bar and bring it to their outdoor sitting section and they said yes. (Great! My partner placed our order at the bar, he asked if we needed to pick up our food and the bartender said no, we will bring it out to you. (Awesome! Well, after waiting for 45 mins or so for two appetizers, we decided to check on the status of our order with the bartender who took our order and he was surprised that we are still waiting for our order. The bartender checked with the kitchen staff and a few minutes later he let us know that our order never went through. What??? We decided to leave as we've been waiting for almost an hour. Interestingly enough, as we were walking out two different staff members with their big smile were so oblivious the fact that nothing went right for us and continued to ask, “how was your experience?” Did you enjoy your time with us?” Are you kidding me? The staff definitely needs more customer service and overall self-awareness training.
The views and ambiance of the place were exceptional. The server was attentive and most of the food was very good. Unfortunately, we arrived and inquired about parking and was met by a very rude valet. He pointed us down the hill to self parking. When we arrived at the restaurant, when we discovered valet parking is complimentary for CIELO guests, I approached the hotel front desk, and no one seemed to care about the valet, Adam's rude attitude and tone. I left that interaction knowing leadership begins at the top and unfortunately at Adero/Cielo that is not present. Doubt we go back
