definitiw a local hang. sport bar/family restaurant vibe. I was surprised to see vegan options on the menu based on the outer look, but they have 2 vegetarian and 2 vegan options connected to any burgers. there is no vegan cheese, or sauces (without bbq and ketchup/mustard), so that is a bit of a bummer, but overall the eating was well cooked and freshly costed. happy hour runs every day 4-7pm, but the only vegan opt... Definitiw a local hang. sport bar/family restaurant vibe. I was surprised to see vegan options on the menu based on the outer look, but they have 2 vegetarian and 2 vegan options connected to any burgers. there is no vegan cheese, or sauces (without bbq and ketchup/mustard), so that is a bit of a bummer, but overall the eating was well cooked and freshly costed. happy hour runs every day 4-7pm, but the only vegan option was crispy cauliflower. there were 2 vegetarian options, including chips and queso or fried cheese curds. overall it was a good mood and good eating. would like to see atleast 1 vegan cheese option for all burgers they use, and atleast 2 sauces to supplement the ordering.
They have 5 different vegan or vegetarian options. they chef tries to cook several types of food in his menu. the waiter gave suggestions and knew that the cook could change everything to take vegans.
I was pleasantly surprised by their separate veggie section. There were a couple options and more than just a veggie burger so that was pretty exciting. I still got the burger though, can't ignore the cravings when they hit. They have the Impossible burger that you can sub into any of their burger choices. The waiter was friendly and helpful, they had good beer, and overall it was a positive experience.
If you're looking for gourmet vegan options this isn't the place for you...HOWEVER it is a good place to go with a group of people who have mixed diets (vegan, veg, omni, carnivore) who all want to go to one place that everyone can have a meal. For a chain restaurant it is nice that they have more than one vegan option. My husband and I got the portobello tacos and the impossible burger- and were satisfied, it was a decent spot to grab a quick meal. The extensive beer menu is a huge draw if you're into that- and we liked it for that as well!
