What User doesn't like about Lobster House Seafood:
We decided to dine at this restaurant after our first choice had a long wait. Unfortunately, the service was not good. My family received their meals 10 minutes before mine. When I finally notified our server, she went to check and came back to inform me that the person who was supposed to bring my meal had forgotten about it. It took another 10 minutes for our server to bring us drink refills. To make matters worse,... View all feedback.
I have been coming to this restaurant for several years and I am pleased to say that the food is still good, there are some great deals, and the service has improved. They offer a cost-effective $19.99 seafood platter meal and a $35 lobster dinner. There are many deals available on restaurant.com, but note that they are not valid for specials. The salads include carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and croutons, although they are served on iceberg lettuce. The rolls are similar to those at Red Lobster. The asparagus side dish for an additional $1 is delicious, as are the garlic baby potatoes. We ordered the twin lobsters, which were a bit small for the price, but the flavor of baked lobster tail is far superior to steamed or boiled. With a $15 credit, the price was just right. Like any place, there were slight hiccups in service. We had a new host, but four experienced waiters quickly attended to us, bringing our drinks and food promptly. This improvement in service is the reason we will continue to dine at this restaurant in the future.

When I finally notified our server, she went to check and came back to inform me that the person who was supposed to bring my meal had forgotten about it. It took another 10 minutes for our server to bring us drink refills. To make matters worse, she accidentally filled my sweet tea with unsweet tea, which was a disappointment for a true southern like myself. However, the food itself was quite good. I received a generous portion of fish and shrimp in a fried basket.
My husband and I visited Lobster House during our yearly anniversary vacation. Craving some seafood, I searched on Google for a restaurant and came across Lobster House, which had excellent reviews. As soon as we stepped through the door, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our server, Benita, was incredibly sweet and attentive to all our needs. The food was absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend visiting if you find yourself in the Myrtle Beach area.

My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for a few years now (he has been many times before). We came across some good reviews for this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We shared a lobster dish and each had a drink. The lobster dish was absolutely delicious. It had a fantastic Cajun seasoning that wasn't too overpowering. We will definitely be returning to try more of their menu options. Yum yum!
