I have visited this restaurant twice and both times I was served by the same young lady who is working tonight, Monday, May 9th. She has a very pleasant personality and was able to handle a busy lobby full of customers without getting frustrated or overwhelmed. What Sheri Speigle doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
We were hungry one evening on our vacation so we stopped at the creamery for some ice cream. My husband and I each got a scoop of plain vanilla in a bowl and the price was $17.00! I think I will just pass that place right up from now on. We didn’t care for the ice cream either. It was off season and it tasted old! No thank you! We will go to Walmart and buy 4 half gallons for that price! View all feedback.
Not their typical ice-laden. the ice is homeade. the toppings are folded into the ice. the young lady who helped us was very helpful and friendly. the ice was delicious.
This girl added her OWN tip after i put 0.00 on the receipt.
They locked us out at 8pm! And they had customers inside and they laughed at us!
Dominique is awesome. She was running the store all on her own on a Saturday night. It seems that the person scheduled to work with her quit minutes before the shift and left her hanging. Even with a line of people to the door, she was polite and patient and treated everyone very professionally. I can't say enough good about her. My question is, where was the manager? As a small business owner, I can't imagine leaving my employees on their own like that. Thanks for taking such good care if us, Dominique!
The store advertised that they are open until 9. We stopped by at 8:40 and they were closed.
