They were fantastic for years. Unfortunately it's not like that anymore. The last 4 times I've been. The dining room is a mess. Where you prepare your drinks and get napkins is a disaster. Plus where's Wayne at? I haven't seen him in over 3 years. The only reason I've went back is because I was so loyal to him. I know they're fast but that's how my orders got screwed up. I loved everything about this place. It really makes you feel like you went back to the 1950s. The servers are really nice, and the food was good. It is not the highest quality of the meat, but you are going to a place like these to be served a whole lot of fat treat. The milkshake is also great. I had no complaints after I was here. It was just a really cool mood, and the food was perfect.
I am the Public Relations Officer for Phantom Custom Car and Truck Club out of Burlington, NC. Mr Burkart allowed us to have our 1st annual car show at his establishment and we are forever grateful. We truly enjoyed the food, it was outstanding. We would like to try to make this an annual event to host our shows. The hospitality shown by the owner as well as the staff was astronomical. I recommend that everyone try the best hot dogs, hamburgers, and chili cheese fries in Myrtle Beach. Yhey have certificates on the wall stating that they are the best by popular demand. The chili is cheese fries were so good that my granddaughter ate hers even after they were cold. Lol.
The last time I went I ordered a baked potato with broccoli and cheese. It was good. But I could careless for the cheese sauce. My order is usually done pretty quickly. Even when there is a line. They also offer a good variety of food. Staff is always friendly. I?ve never had an issue ?
Stop for a quick bite and so happy that we!! Lady on the ride was so nice! And then we tried the burgers and pommes.... DE licious!!!! A real grilled burger with fresh blows...YUM! Sweet tea was really good. We'll be back when we're in Myrtle.
No question? Where's the beef? Here. Counter serves 50?s-style dinner serves a variety of burgers, dogs, sandwiches, baked potatoes, salads and soft ice cream. No name required if you ordered because soon after someone barks behind the counter? OR UP? This will be you to pick up your meal and soon sit in the raised open dining area with retro, flashback Formica Dinette table and chairs. My double cheeseburger came with two oversized, handpatty burgers beautifully grilled with crispy edges and fixings of salad, pickles, cheese and spices. Combo comes with a soda and an interchangeable serving of hot, seasoned frits. Prices are reasonable and do not worry about cleaning as they take care of it. Take it from me I asked. Trash container is located directly inside the kitchen door.
