What John Lunsford doesn't like about Burger King:
After waiting 5 minutes in the drive-through, I called the actual store to make sure they were still opened. I told the employee that I was in the drive-through waiting on them. I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes with no response through the drive-through so I circled around the building and saw 3 employees standing in the lobby on their phones looking lost…..9:20pm September 9 2023 View all feedback.

The car was not long good, because the price can't beat him
They have been leaving discontinued items on the menu instead of covering them up and takimg longer than they should to talk over the intercom system at drive through. Most places will let you know if they are busy to give them a second. This places leaves you in utter silence for up to 2 minutes. Second day in a row I have delt with this.
Well, the whopper just didn't taste like they normally d. No flame broil taste and there was to much salt on the fries. But I'm 65 years old and it could be my taste buds . LOL
Took 5 mins to even speak to us through the drive through to take our order. Was in line a total of 28 mins and only 3 cars were ahead of me in line. Only ordered for my daughter and I and still had to wait at the window after paying for 15 mins. Not to mention NO ONE that we could see had masks on. Awful experience!!! But of course the Tuscumbia branch was closed at 7p.m.
