What Roger Henz doesn't like about Cafe Mercara Express:
Decent place, excellent food, warm and friendly service. Deserved 5 star for the experience but cut two due horrible experience on phone with someone in charge of reservations. I was visiting from far with 4 guests from US, in this listing (in facilities) it says table booking recommended, but on phone he was totally cold and evasive in replying anything other than saying he can't take booking for Cafe, visit persona... Very nice food and hospitality. each and everyone has given proper care and service.
