I have rarely encountered service as exceptional as the one I experienced at this restaurant. The cashier, Nicholas, went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered an issue with my app order. Despite the app not allowing the offer again, Nicholas was kind enough to help me place the order in person. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend Carl's Jr Murrieta for their outstan... View all feedback.
What Regina Luniak doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
Bad Experience Overall Once I placed my order I didn't get any notification on my order. Secondly, the delivery driver was rude at my gate he just yelled GrubHub into the intercom. Once I buzzed him in he left my food on my step and didn't even come onto my porch. He was so fast my ring camera didn't pick him up. Then the fries were salty, the burger was put together poorly and feel apart. I won't be ordering anythin... View all feedback.
Eating was fresh and hot every time I stop by and buy a meal.
Staff is always friendly- which is the reason for the 2 stars. My order is always WRONG. If you call to get a remedy you will get a recording then it will THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE then it will hang up!!! I pass 3 burger place to go to Carl's jr.. with prices going up, you will think they will have customer satisfaction. Its ridiculous. Jack in the Box....here I come!
Went to the drive through at 10:17pm and completely closed when it's suppose to be closed at 11pm it was in restaurant and drive through that it was closed. Liars of hours being open. If your closed due to covid or w.e it is ,then update your Google account. People drive to your restaurant expecting it to be open. What a waste of time and gas.
Having grown up in So Cal Carl's was one of my go to burger places. I had to stop in and try the Western Bacon Cheeseburger for old times sake. Never a disappointment
Store didn't operate under advertised hours, myself and two other cars sat in drive through. only to have some associate tell us they're closed through an open back door two hours before they were supposed too. Since I could see in such back door and the employees were screwing around instead of serving food. I was left wondering if your store was closed just so your associates could screw off. Stay open advertised hours and if your going to close early don't leave your light's on and a door open so all your customers can see your people screwing off.
