Hello Jimmy Johns just wanted to leave a review not sure what has changed here as this is my local Jimmy Johns that I frequent most. Thought I’d let you all know it Hasn’t always been the greatest and being completely honest the vibe, quality of bread, people, and accuracy on my orders past few weeks has hit a home run and made a huge difference in forcing me to order more frequently from here. All I can say whatever you are doing and whatever has changed keep it up this place is on its way to being my daily go to spot! These young people are always busy, but they’re also singing in front of the restaurant all the time! We’ve never had a bad experience here; the food is always fresh and delicious! Tonight, I redeemed a free side of guacamole with our order, and the staff lit up when they saw the excitement in my little one’s eyes because he loves avocados! Thank you so much to Jimmy John’s in Murray! Highly recommend!

I want to express my gratitude to Julie and Chelsea at Jimmy John’s. I had an issue with one of my orders late at night, but the night manager handled it promptly. I absolutely love dining out, and I want to share my experience from my last order. I know the restaurant industry is struggling right now, but I was pleasantly surprised when a very kind man in a red hat delivered my food. He noticed that I needed some assistance and offered to help me, which I really appreciated. It was refreshing to encounter someone so thoughtful, especially since most delivery people just drop off the food without a word. It feels like there aren't many friendly faces around these days. A big thank you to the man who made my experience so much better!
