What Violet Gillum doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
As someone who also works in fast food, there is no way they should be messing up my order every time. I keep getting 4 pieces instead of 6, always get apple slices instead of the extra fries I asked for, and this time the person at the window couldn’t just read the screen. Forgot both of my drinks, asked if we had a sweet tea 3 times (we didn’t) and then forgot to give us our food. View all feedback.
Went through the drive thru with only 1 other car in front of me in the line. Ordered 2 large fries and the new dipping sauce...some sweet chili thing.... When I got to the pickup window they told me to park in drive thru spot number 4.... Which I will also say is in clear view of both pickup windows.... Well 10 min later and watching multiple cars get their orders.... I called on my phone.... And they said they didn't know I was waiting .....lol. worst experience at a McDonald's...... Oh and I never got the sauce to try ... So my little one was disappointed. Oh well right? We don't care just give us your money is the experience I got.
Why does it say open at 5 am but multiple days the employees sit inside or outside joking around goofing off with a LINE OF CARS and then don’t even began talking to customers until 5:50 multiple days now that’s wild either change ur hours or ur employees
One of the worst McDonald's you'll ever find. Obviously lazy absentee owners . Lousy management. Poorly trained employees. Sometimes they close without notice. Half the time if you go over there at 20 till close they're out of something or they won't make it for you. Had a manager tell me they couldn't make a mcchicken because they had no one there and there were at least five employees inside the store. She told me they were clocked out.Moved to a brand new building oriented for drive-thru and mobile orders and the service is even worse than it used to be.
So just to inform everyone. online says drive thru open to 11 but they stop taking orders at 1030 and Ashley was very rude about it. I don't know whats going on but the new store is nastier and worse then the old one. Do not recommend this location.
Worst McDonalds ive been to. that's including the one if flint mi, which is sad.
