Taco Bell - Murfreesboro

I asked for fresco style and no cheese on my items. Each of them came back with cheese. I’m allergic to cheese. Not a good time. This location used to be good about listening to directions.

Very good service! When I arrived at taco bell there was a line, but the employees was on there game and the drive thru line moved faster than I expected and when I got my order it was all there!You guy's keep up the good work!

It's a 50/50 chance on whether you'll either:1. Have your order made correctlyor2. Be greeted by someone that looks like they want to kill youI only go here any time after the sun has set because for some reason, any time during the day I order, my food tastes stale and awful.

This place has just opened again after being remodeled, so I decided to stop in. I like to order in the app for points, so I sat in the parking lot and ordered before going in. I used the bathroom while I waited, and there was pee on the floor, dried yellow stuff that looked like pee on the sink, and no soap. Disgusting! My order was out quickly and was made correctly, although they did not fill up the freeze all the way, and my cinnamon twists were not fresh. You'd think a place that hasn't even been open for a month would be cleaner and make sure all the food was coming out fresh- especially with two in store customers and an empty drive thru. The staff were friendly and polite, but I'll probably be sticking to a different location from now on.

Not that I expect much from Taco Bell employees but you could at least hire people and managers that have slightly more intelligence than a goldfish. My order was really, really simple. They forgot my diet Pepsi. Then disappeared from the window like cockroaches and didn 't come back for at least 5 minutes. When they did come back I told them they forgot my diet Pepsi and she said oh we didn 't charge you because we are out of diet pepsi . K. Can I have a different drink , maybe? Then the manager came over and said we don 't have diet Pepsi but we have Pepsi zero. Ok cool. Then they didn 't have diet Pepsi or Pepsi zero. After 10 minutes I finally got diet mountain dew. , I think.
