Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Murfreesboro

Never get what you order. We've gone to this DQ location twice now and both times they've given use the wrong orders, first time it was a grilled chicken sandwich but they gave us fried chicken tenders and the second time we got three medium cones but theygave us all 3 smalls. Disappointing and a waste of time.

Everytime I go here the staff is nice, but the prices are just too high and the quality of products doesn't justify the price. We may visit DQ twice a year. Each time, I feel the exact same way.????. Really wish it was like it was in the past. We usedto bring the entire little league team he re after winning a game. Haven't been able to do that in years, due to thiscorporation being tied to the stock market and HAVING to charge too much, and find ways to cut corners on product quality.

Dairy Queen's ice cream is A+. Their burgers are alright. The french fries are usually pretty soggy.Food: 3/5

This is my local DQ. I really like them. They have great service and the ice cream is always good. I don’t think they accept gift cards. Tonight I placed an order through the drive thru. I handed the cashier my gift card she said, “There’s nothing on this card.” I cancelled the order. I come home and check the gift card balance. The funds are available. Either the drive thru reader doesn’t read the gift cards or the location doesn’t accept them. I will try and visit a different DQ and go inside and see if my gift card is honored.
