best subway around! the personal is always friendly, it is always clean and they have most always needed the ingredients to make the sandwiches! I'm not sure who the manager is, but they could teach other subway managers something or two! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
we only give 1 star because it was clean. the personal has not been careful when ordering. completely rigid/forced. then looked up and asked what?. not sure how often they want to repeat their order. store was not busy yet the service was extremely slow. Sandwich artists. that is a sweat. Pretendious and sloppy! only to complete it, they can accept nothing greater than $20. I'd rather stay with mancinos! View all feedback.
This is one of the nice clean stand alone metros with a beautiful parking and indoor dining. This evening the crew was very busy cleaning and took 5 minutes to take our order after waiting for the car for 5 minutes. Once they took our order, they were very friendly. There was a single car in front of me and waited so long. 2 hours til close and no one in the lobby simply had no sense of urgency. Great business just a strange night, usually this is 5 star service and was per usual when I got service.
We are only giving 1 star because it was clean. Staff did not pay attention when we were ordering. Completely staring/ zoned out. Then looked up and asked what ?. Just to top it off they can 't accept anything larger then a $20. Better just stick with Mancinos!!!
No cold drinks as ice machine is down and has been down for over 2 weeks. No sign infoming customers of this until you get to the register to pay. Knowing this, one would think they would keep the bottled drink cooler stocked, but it was nearly empty. The employees are highly indifferent.
With only two cars in front of me in the drive-thru and an empty parking lot I still somehow had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my food. Understaffing was not the problem, as I saw at least 4 employees inside working. Slowest Subway experience of my life. I wouldn't come to this location again.
I went to the fox ridge lane location and they messed up my sandwich putting marinara on it when I clearly requested it be left off, it was only on half the sandwich ordered a foot long) so my guess is they started to put it on and caught themselves and tried to wipe it off but they really should have just got a new bun. When I called the worker sounded bored and mildly irritated and just said to bring the sandwich back, there was no apology or anything.
