A Muncie favorite. New construction is bright and welcoming. Food is consistently good, service is fast and friendly, prices are reasonable. Chips are warm and the salsa is plentiful. More than enough parking. It's Midwest tex-mex, PV does it better than than most. Some sort of loyalty program if you're a regular. Can be in and out for lunch in less than an hour. This is a nice restaurant and the location is very convenient for me. The service is great and the building is clean. This is a positive review and I will return but I would like to give some constructive criticism. Great food with a family type atmosphere. Margaritas are delicious.
I can only rate the food as I had take out. Food was delicious and the front service was very nice.
