What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
In the last three times I've ordered pizza from this place, I've been disappointed with the amount of sauce. Each time, there was hardly any sauce at all, just a little near the crust. I won't be returning to this location. It's extremely frustrating. It also seems pointless to reach out to them about it. They may have good pizza, but they really don't seem to care about making it properly. View all feedback.
Been waiting almost 3 hours for our delivery, still waiting. We have to get up early for work tomorrow and decided to order delivery since they have always been quick here. 3 hours later and nothing. Hopefully we get our food….
Order was not ready when I needed it to be ready, staff made promises they did not keep. My order was cold and hard as bricks, and management refused to fix my order
Amazing beyond words!!! Has delivered to me when other pizza places tdmeto use GrubHub or Door Dash (don't get me wrong, I love GrubHub and Door Dash, but not for places that should already have their own delivery) Absolutely one of my favorite pizza places, perhaps my most favorite. No one out pizzas the Hut.
Every thing I've ever ordered has been hot and delicious! The workers I've encountered have always been friendly. I would definitely recommend this establishment!
Listen, I know in the past, this Pizza Hut had some bad experiences. But I am super pleased with the crew and the improvement at the S. Madison St location! My last 3 orders have been prompt and the pizzas and other items we ordered were PERFECT! Picture perfect and delicious! Plus the crew are down to earth, hard working and take pride in their store! Bravo!
