Papa Johns Pizza - Muncie

Amazing prices and food, but terribly unorganized teamwork and terrible waiting times, but after an hour and half a wait for an execution order that I placed hours before the time I finally went home with dinner and after almost 9 hours totally my family was finally eating. I placed my order thru my app a little after 12 o'clock and even fetched out my slot time for 6:00 o'clock, but not coming home until 830, which is terrible when I leave my home 530 bc it is a 30 minute drive to Papa John's. All in all, I told them to be free.

Great service and pizza. However, placing a phone order is a nightmare. Ordering online is best.

Good pizza, great price. We ordered take out 3 topping pizza. We were told it would take 15 minutes and it did so that was great. Pizza had a little too much sauce for my taste but it was perfectly baked. Customers wore a face mask which is awesome. We got our pizza quickly and left. Place was clean and employees were friendly.

Food was good, they told me 15-20 minutes and it took 45. That's my only issue.

Very disappointing. Papa John's used to be so good. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and asked specifically for the garlic butter on the side. Didn't get it. I hate calling to order and getting some call center with a foreign person that you can't understand. The pizza was also disappointing because it had no BBQ sauce. That is standard on a Hawaiian pizza. There was maybe 5 very small slivers of ham on only one piece, and not enough pineapple to may it taste very good. So, basically I got a pizza with a little cheese on it. And, since when do they charge a delivery fee? The overall price was rediculous for what I received. I won't be calling again again again
