The Brasserie - Mumbai

Recently I went to brasserie hilton for her wonderful buffet with my brother. the restaurant is located in 5 stars hotel hilton, andheri, mumbai. the interiors are so beautiful here, they are very attractive. the corners of the restaurant are very pictorial. they have a large buffet with veg and not veg foods including seafood. the buffet has various sections of salads, start / appetizers and then to many options for main and broth, then to Indian gravites and biryani’s and then desserts at the end. They have a large amount of options in each section of the buffet. also foods are served hot if necessary. the quality of the food is really good, they took care of the aromen and the overall taste of each food item in the buffet. they also have live counters for pizza and pasta where they can order a pizza and pasta of their choice, including the choice of toppings and other ingredients. I really loved eating here, my personal favorites are huh and discktikka from beginners. in the netzen I also loved Indian chicken gravies and bryani. also I really liked her hummus and pita brot. in desserts I loved the chocolate pudding and also withhai was beautiful. we also had blue lagoon cocktails. the snuck were really perfect and they were also quite refreshing. a perfect culinary experience we had here. very impressed by the entire environment, soft music and eating.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in town . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Hilton. Highly recommend! They have an amazing buffet system which are having huge variety of dishes from starters to deserts. They have chats, salad, corn charts, baby potatoes, paties, veg and nonveg gravy's, rice, noodles, chocolate scoop and many more. Don't miss this beautiful ambience do visit here and let me know how it is.

We have been to this most gorgeous dining located near Mumbai International Airport, they have such a beautiful ambiance and so aesthetically good! The buffet arrangement is made perfectly. There are variety of starters, drinks,main courses and lots and lots if desserts! Cleanliness, and everything is sanitised nicely. Very hygienic place. The staff here is very welcoming and helpful. I am in love with this place. It will make your meal more better. Come here with your family/ date its just beautiful to spend some quality time.

Love visiting place who have for smorgasbord's .. as such an awesome thus a lot of assortment satisfies me super. This spot is situated close to the International Airport at Hilton inn. ..I visited Brasserie for Dinner smorgasbord and gracious my the experience was really Awesome. The feel was exceptional. The smorgasbord had a ton of assortment of cooking styles from North Indian to Chinese and Italian and considerably more. My most loved were the starters wherein there was a ton of assortment of Tandoori starters .. I really adored them. Indeed, even the pizza was heated well overall and stacked with cheddar. We partook in the evening with a glass of wine and appreciated the excellence of the spot. The help was great and fast. I should say this experience was stand-out and couldn't want anything more than to visit once more. I would enthusiastically suggest this spot for buffet as it's really worth the effort. I don't have to say anything when I say that I had visited Hilton for a Dinner. We all know how this is going to be. But I'll spot a couple of things that would make me want to visit that place again. So I had visited The Brasserie with my father because he's really fond and he can truly enjoy the ambience here. The restaurant was on the lower level and the lounge of the ground level. However right from the time I entered till the time I was done, I was awestruck! I have previously visited 5 star hotels for food and no doubt everything is nice and all, but the hospitality here was on-par! They know how to make someone feel at home. Comfortable chairs makes you feel you're ready to dive into the food. I am not really fond of Salad but the Salads here is something you would never want to miss out on. They had around 4-5 types of Salads and my favourite was Waldorf Salad! A leaf on top of which is diced Apple mixed in Mayonnaise and black pepper! I had 3-4 portions of this Salad! They also had Quinoa Salad, Kidney Bean Salad, etc. Moving to their Starters, they 2 veg and 2 non vegetarian starters. I will obviously focus on the non vegetarian bit here, but trust me, the vegetarian starters were just as delicious! In non vegetarian, they had Chicken and Fish in all the sections. I'll jump to the main course, and this is very interesting! In most of the buffets, you will see that the starters are delicious but the main course is so so! But here, the Main Course was their USP! My favourite here in the Main Course was their Chettinad Chicken! It was just as good as it could get. One of the best Chettinad gravies I've had till date. I was in love! They also had Steamed Fish, Kung Pao Chicken, etc. which were just as good. Moving to my favourite, the dessert here was unbelievable! Wide-spread consisting of Rasgulla, Malai Chum Chum, Coffee Cheesecake, Blueberry Pastry, Gajar Halwa, etc. The list feels like never-ending! I have to also mention that their cocktail and mocktails are refreshing and delicious too. Definitely visiting here again probably for a date or a family dinner. Gotta relish the flavours again! Beautiful ambiance, delicious food and homely hospitality, everything you need from a restaurant and Hilton delivers it on-par!
