What User doesn't like about Stonegrill:
When it came to the steak, I was questioned for asking for an extra plate to let my steak rest, which is a standard practice since all meat should rest after cooking. If they want to be considered a high-quality steakhouse, their staff needs to be better trained in these basics.

It's your local RSL restaurant where you order and pay first at a register referring to your table number. Had salmon with seasonal vegetables and chips. Looking at the open kitchen, I wasn't expecting a lot as it looked like they were mass producing all the food for the bistro, and the other two restaurants on the premises. The salmon was surprisingly good, perfectly cooked and hot. The chips were a little soggy as if it was done about 10 minutes ago, and the vegetables (carrots and beans) tasted like from the supermarket frozen department. However, the service was prompt and the food was quick although it was a busy night. Worth a visit for the experience of the whole RSL venue.
Had an amazing experience. Lovely service, great food, good value for money. Highly recommended the Friday night special, 3 courses for 2people $99 (May 2022) the young lady which served us, was chatty, friendly and an asset to the business, made our night Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
