We visited this restaurant in May 2022 and had a pleasant stay overall. However, upon check-in, we were charged $75.00 for incidentals, with the assurance that it would be refunded if not used. Despite not incurring any incidents, the charge was not removed from our card. We visited this restaurant in May 2022 and had a pleasant stay overall. However, upon check-in, we were charged $75.00 for incidentals, with the assurance that it would be refunded if not used. Despite not incurring any incidents, the charge was not removed from our card. After multiple attempts to address the issue with the manager, we were told that it was out of their control and was a matter for our bank to resolve. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank to have the charge reversed. I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and proactive response from the hotel manager in handling this issue, which was not handled in a proper or professional manner.

After spending nearly $300 per night, it was shocking to be asked to pay extra for Wi-Fi and a subpar breakfast. What's worse is that they attempted to switch our room type without permission, downgrading us without offering a refund. The lack of respect for customer experience at Hilton is disappointing. We recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere.
We had reservations, but after check-in our room was still cleaned. we had to wait 30 min while entering the room we noticed on the mounted sheet that there is a huge yellow spot like 12 x12 on the mounted sheet as well as 2 brown smears. we just slept on the top of the cover \none of the nozzles in the tub was not working now the kisses were soou unpleasant. we had 2 per person, but when laying on it made it 1/2 a pillow overall was ok. I guess. I tried to complain, but they sent me to gm voicemail. will not go back there peice for what we got was not good.
A bit nervous about this place after reading reviews. But our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our one issue was the very basic cold continental breakfast offered for a fee. When we arrived over an hour before closing, almost all items were out and never restocked, and tables were dirty. The attendant seemed to spend her time in a back room. Both the breakfast quality and service needs improvement.
