My friend and I sat... read more A REALLY horrible experience. Today I went with my friends around 19:00pm. There was a lot of people drinking beer, talking and having fun. My friend and I sat at the END of the bar… far from everyone, and of course we were talking and laughing like every other person in a normal voice. Suddenly, a random waiter came, was this woman around 30 something with glasses and black hair, and yelled at us, saying that we were to loud and this was a nice place and we were disrupting the peace of the coffee and because of that that we needed to shut up. We were really in shock because we were not loud AT ALL! Afterwards, we asked for her name, and she really flipped. She came back and shout really rudely and angry saying that if we don’t like the place we should leave right now, and she basically kicked us from the cafe/bar. This was INSANE! Everyone in the bar was speaking loudly, is a BAR CAFE. Then the other waiters tried to justify her behavior saying that she was tired.. but sorry; we are all tired doing our jobs and we don’t scream and shout to people. Really horrible experience, and service. Not recommend at all!!!!

Nobody complained about us laughing, she was just annoyed by us and decided since the beginning to kick us out even though we were not that loud!!! Really bad service, stupidly unfriendly and actually very aggressive!! Something like this never happened to me anywhere in München! Really the worst experience I've ever had in a coffee my whole life!
