Contribute FeedbackYesterday (29.4.2017) I read an article about Christian Hümbs, the world class Patissier. There he answered questions about his career and work on television and the last working days in Hamburg. At Sa 1, he is Juror at “Great Baking”. He told him it was fun to work with the hobby bakers. He was partly very impressed by the services. But his main field is already the work in top restaurants. He learned cook and confectioner and was brought to the candy by Johann Lafer. He became Chief Pâtissier at the “Louis C. Jacob” in Hamburg. Then followed stations in “Aqua” and last in “Haerlin”. There he announced some time ago on 30. April 2017. His intention was to make himself independent. But he didn't find a suitable place. And so he gave up the idea without writing it. He concluded that he would remain safe in Europe. And this morning (30.4.2017) Jürgen Dollase says that the top man is still in Germany and Jan Hartwig joins. The two already know each other from the common time in the Aqua. Is there a new star place? – Everything is now possible.
Trader Vic's, Cocktails Bar and Polynesian (Asia) Restaurant. I must say that all tasteful cocktails were sensational! Especially of course the different May Tai variants. And surprisingly I found the prices for the cocktails not significantly above the Munich average. The special is here: Almost every cocktail has its own glass/beaker! Ensure, visually also very good, what. At dinner this looks a little different, as we move in the very high-end area. Spring rolls and Chicken Wings also cost around €12, Satay spears just €13 and shrimps €21,50 just to mention some examples. Here it is worth mentioning, however, that it is an excellent quality and, for example, with the Satay peaks or shrimps, there are not only 3, but 5. Here I found the shares not larger than other locals, so even in comparison I found them much more expensive. Qualitative and tasteful but great. I found the service excellent! Keep attentive, at clearing barely noticeable and very nice and ready to beat. The lighting could be a bit better, you can't recognize the colors of the big dishes and cocktails because the light is so yellowish and pretty dark.
Very delicious food especially the lagoons I find simply super tasty and beautiful operation definitely recommend:
Fantastic. One of the few remaining dealers Vic's old Tiki restaurants. Great atmosphere.
