I usually don’t get Burger King, but the new mascot was so cute I couldn’t resist. And I was not disappointed! The food is amazing here, best Burger King I’ve ever went to! The service was a bit questionable though. A black and white bear served me (he looked very familiar) and kept laughing maniacally when I asked questions about my food. Seriously, why is the meat pink…? And why was there blood all over the floor??... View all feedback.

They either don't have the food you want or the food is old. I've been disappointed too many times. The best chance of you getting something that will give you a bit of satisfaction is ordering breakfast in the early morning. View all feedback.

I 'm stunned by the terrible customer service I just received especially by one that suppose to be the manager of the restaurant. I literally can 't believe I just got into an argument over $2 fries being refunded. I waited in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes. I even turned off my car because I was sitting there that long to receive my order. I started to eat my fries and they were cold. I came inside and ask for a refund for the fries and a new set (politely by the way) and ended up having a back and forth screaming match over this simple compromise. I wasn 't even upset initially when I walked back in. I started to become more irritated at the fact that the red-haired manager, who suppose to be an example to her fellow employees, took an incident as small as this and made it negative. She didn 't care to humble herself enough to listen to the problem and then proceeded to blatantly disregard what I went through to end up back here. I was surprised that not even a simple apology was issued. It was the most horrible customer service I 've ever experienced. Then she mocked the situation saying as a customer we always complain but want things. She needs to be re-trained- L.E.A.R.N something.
The food is old and the staff give customers the wrong order. I do not recommend anyone eat here
The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. i had to do a mobile order because of t-mobile tuesdays. the app doesn't give you choices for no salt on the fries. i ordered the large frozen drink which i paid for and of course they didn't have. the young man in front at the register told me i can have any large beverage but the manager changed the cup to a small. i told them i wasn't going to pay for a small drink. the manager gave me $2.48 which included the tax. the manager also got irate when i ask for the impossible whopper and no salt fries. i truly believe i got ripped off. i'm not sure if i'll come back to this location. i never had this rudeness at this restaurant before either. they need to train this manager to treat the customers with respect or she could be out of a job.
