Mountain Mike's Pizza - Mountain View

Maria Worse Customer Service, Not Thank you why companies bother to close this time when you people saying im closing 2:30 Not to bother to order later than this if you don't place the order now I will not take the order and answer rude I call to make sure you guys close at 3 am but I guess employees close at whatever time they want. Thanks Not my place to go any more.

I live right over the mountain Mike's in Santa Clara. I Googled it for a take out order. It usually routes me to the one in Santa Clara but for whatever reason it Sent my order to Mountain view. When I went to pick it up in SC, it turns out my order was sent to mountain view. I called mountain view and they would not refund me even though the nice guy at Santa Clara said that they usually do. So mountain view location has poor customer service for that.

This location doesn't handle popular times well. I ordered my pizza online, showed up way early and there was a queue of people about 10-12 deep either waiting for their food or waiting just to talk to someone. I left and came back about 5 minutes before promise time. I was told that my pizza would be put in line to go into the oven. It's now 50 minutes later and i was just told it would be 10 more minutes.

We got the thin crust and it was excellent and served fast. It was empty but I don't know why except it was a little late like 830.Parking: Lots of parking right in front.

Tried to pay with cash and the employee asks me rudly to go get change from safeway. you have to have change in your cash register! I'm being kind to give you business during these times of hardship and you're pathetic enough to request a customer to go get change. then he threatens me to beat me up. asks where do you live I'll come... u up
