I avoided this one for awhile after getting sick too many times. But the craving for a Famous Bowl hit and I gave them one more shot. The young man working, maybe a manager, was getting hit so hard with orders and calls but handled it so well and still provided fast and friendly service to those of us in line. Food was perfect and for once I actually received the cookie that comes with the meal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Counter server was nice, professional, and was hustling her rear end off serving half a dozen people at once all by herself. I know they’ve got a looking to hire sign up and they need help. My problem was the fact that I saw two managers walking around behind the counter who couldn’t be bothered to help the ONE person up front, while customers are standing around waiting to be served.Will go to Popeyes from now on. That was a unique KFC. The restaurant is built on a hill. It had all its handy cap parking in the very narrow parking bar on the street side of the shop, along with a few regular spots. The back of the shop has a fishtail staircase case with decorative railings. The stairway comes down, then splits in 2 separate directions the back of the hill comes to the main parking lot of the shopping area. Fun posters decorate the walls inside. The bathrooms are handicap friendly. A small private room is fucked around a corner with more seating. A large round, family-sized table that fits 6 directly at the buffet table, illuminated by a huge KFC flashlight. It was a fantastic place to visit. Buffet was decent. It sure made my kids happy. The buffet was decorated with chicken statues. Only on the bottom was that everyone worked there seemed challenged or very tired. I didn't see many smiles.
The staff was very friendly. The inside was clean and I watched as staff regularly cleaned areas that were touched or used by customers, we were only waiting 6 minutes, (lunch time)and they seemed very on top of it. We tried the new plant base nuggets. They are okay, same coating outside as the KFC you are use to, I am just getting use to plant base meats. My son, who is vegetarian, liked them a lot, so it's a great added item for him when we go out for a quick eat. The entrance has two sets of stairs, there is hardly any parking available to the other entrance where there are no stairs. But you could walk around if you want to avoid the stairs, they are not so bad and have hand rails on both sides. Really friendly folks and very clean.
Was craving a KFC bowl. It was served perfectly hot and the service was great. The woman behind the counter was friendly and pleasant.
Worst experience. They shorted us 2 tubs of mashed potatoes and still charged us $57 and change. So we have roake our own because we're not going back. The chicken was half raw
The employees in this restaurant are friendly and very good. They are the best in this area out of all the food places I have been in while visiting in this town.
